Registered and Approved
We seek to operate our Day Care service efficiently always following the National Guidelines for Standards in Day Care set by OFSTED and advised by The Early Years team of Oxfordshire's Education Department (EYDCP). We value and are proud of the service we provide.
We seek to work positively with outside agencies to promote the welfare of each individual child. People we might exchange information with could include: Healthcare professionals such as doctors, health visitors and paramedics.
Where parents have any concerns about their child's health or development we would seek to pass on any information which could be relevant - e.g. about the onset and nature of symptoms.
Schools
When children transfer to school, we are happy to supply any information that the school requires about the child's abilities and development.

Social Services
We welcome the involvement of the Social Services department in monitoring the quality of care provided.
Where we have any concerns about a child's development or welfare, we will consult the Social Services for advice about how best we should deal with the matter.
