Qualified Staff

We seek to ensure that all Senior members of staff are all qualified with either Teacher, N.N.E.B., NVQ3., B.Tech or equivalent status with at least two years experience.

All other staff will hold an appropriate qualification or be training towards one. To aid professional development in our staff we expect that everyone holds a current first aid certificate and basic food hygiene certificate and be willing to undertake regular training in:

• Child protection
• Training continued
• Special educational needs

• Behaviour management

Staff training

We also value and seek to maintain professionalism in our working practice at all times.

Staff receive regular training in professional development and are kept well informed of new educational philosophies and research through in-house training and external courses.

Parents are invited to join informal Saturday Workshops on various child care and education subjects.
