FAQ

1. What are your opening hours?

We are open from 0730am – 1800pm, we are closed on bank holidays and also 3 days a year for staff training – these days are communicated to the parents at the beginning of each year.

2. How much notice do I need to give before my child can attend?

Depending on the age of your child, we can often arrange a pre-visit and then a normal attendance pattern almost immediately depending on staffing levels and room occupancy.

3. What is your settling in procedure?

We offer two pre-visits before a child starts. The first one is an hour long and is where you meet your child’s key person. This is an opportunity to go through your child’s routine, dietary requirements, medical conditions,  family culture and traditions as well as filling out paperwork and permission slips. The Second one is 2 hours long and is where you leave your child to have a little play and get to know us.
